No. 5 and No. 7 batteries are the two most commonly used batteries, however, many consumers still do not know the size of the No. 5 and No. 7 batteries, and so on, here are some of the differences between them.
1. In terms of size, Battery No. 5 is larger than Battery No. 7. The size of Battery No. 5 is about 15mm in diameter and 50mm in height, while Battery No. 7 is about 10mm in diameter and 45mm in height. Obviously, a size 5 battery is slightly larger than a size 7 battery. 2. In terms of battery types, the No. 5 battery includes the No. 5 alkaline battery, the No. 5 Carbon Battery, the No. 5 nickel-metal hydride battery (No. 5 rechargeable battery) , and the No. 7 Battery also includes these three types. 3. In terms of capacity, in the same type of battery, No. 7 Battery & No. 5 Battery; in the same size battery, Carbon Battery & No. Alkaline Battery & No. NI-MH battery.
There are three types of power supply No. 7 Battery: No. 7 ni-mh Battery, No. 7 Alkaline Battery, No. 7 ni-cd Battery. The capacity of No. 5 ni-mh battery is usually between 700 mah and 2600 mah. The capacity of No. 5 alkaline battery is measured by discharge time. The battery can discharge continuously at 10 ω load (24 hours/day) and last for 19.7 hours The No. 5 carbon battery can discharge continuously (24 hours/day) at a load of 3.9 ω for 90 minutes.
